Long warm-up – jog, dynamic flex, strides, build-ups, etc
Plyos – 5x30m bounds, 5xSLJ, 4xSTJ, 2×4 step TJ (did 37′), 4x LJ pop ups
Accel – 7x30m – freelap – with sensors (no touchpad) but hit 3.99! Was going to do 10 – but shut it down – had all 7 runs at 4.10 or better, legs were feeling fried.
