Ok cool. I do the same thing really. What kind of lift you get is a good indicator of if you’re ready at that approach distance for technical work. Funny thing though, sometimes just sticking with it actually works. Example last Sunday for me, i was close to moving up to 11 strides becuase i wasn’t getting any lift at all. And then all of a sudden i hit a 7.35m pr and got all the lift i need. Kinda strange.
