Easy Rowing Workout:
5x1000m at 3:20-3:30 with 2′ recovery
Then some easy bodyweight stuff – 1 leg squats, Push-ups, abs.
Will probably go for a longish/easyish run tomorrow – then back to it on Monday.
Next meet – January 8th – running 55H, 200m, HJ, SP
