EARLY AM session:
1. Stairs – up and down 5 flights – x10
2. KB Swings – 2×10
3. Depth Jumps – off 18″ onto 24″ box – 2×6
4. Clean Pulls – 3×3 at 105, 115, 120% of 1 RM
5. Complex – 6 reps of each – don’t drop the bar (135# on the bar) – Did 2 sets
a. Power Clean
b. Thrusters – Full Front Squat to Push Press
c. RDL
d. Snatch
e. Lying Pull-ups – where you lay supine and pull your chest up to a bar
6. Some Weighted Decline Sit-ups – 3×10
Thrusters may be one of the most demanding exercises out there! That complex was rough.
