Solid SE session today:
1. Long Warm-up
2. Dynamic Flex
3. Sprint Drills – Including some plyo-esque skipping for height and distance
4. 4x50m build-up
5. Speed Endurance
Took 6′ recovery on each. These were by far my fastest runs so far this year. These were all with a rolling (but not flying) start – a quick jog/run in and then go. My 75s were all under 9.0; 100s at around 11.8
Pretty pleased with these runs.
