Might be a little much volume for me this time of season – but I like those ideas for my GPP next year.
Once I’ve finished my dec season this year (June) Will probably do a lot of that type of tempo work in July/August.
My ‘pre’GPP in July/August will probably be that type of Middle Distance Tempo work 3x per week and Weights 3x per week. Plus some sort of intensive activity (ie Bball) on weight lifting days.
