Kind of wish I would have done John and Aaron’s ideas on this ext tempo workout earlier. The 2:31 was not terribly difficult, figure I could have gone another lap in 75 even in practice after previous runs. That said, 4:50 will be a stretch for me next week – when that should be an event where I can pick up points on my average.
