4. 110m – from first foot strike – 13.0
All slight improvements on last week – and solid marks, given that I am fully loaded at the moment.
Funky week this week – did less than planed today due to an elementary school meet at the track (kids running in front of my runway, etc) so will do meet simulation for LJ, 250 or 275, and HH later this week. Plus HJ if I get a chance.
Weights Tomorrow. With accel and plyos prior.

With work (and travel) heavy right now, means my scheduling programming is not as tightly planned out – and that my intense and easy days are a little less regulated – more going by feel.
