Thanks man. Am making progress which is nice. Goal is to hit 5×4 at 250 on bench and clean and a2g squat by end of summer. Would put me at what I consider “strong enough”. Have gained about 6 lbs over last 6 weeks.higher calorie Diet and more rest.
