I was wondering if you stick with the same lifting exercises for a 4 week cycle or do you just try and stick with general themes and attempt to keep the same exercises as much as work and travel will allow? I guess the question could be expanded to your workouts in general…
Also, I love doing sit position pull ups and with the legs fully extended…as much as they suck while you are doing them, I feel like they really help.
Gluck with those 3 step squats when you introduce them…I’d be interested to see if you experience any nausea or anything like that.
