Yeah I would think 25-30 meters is as far out as you need to extend for resisted runs. Nice job on the PB in power output. Interesting that it’s on your 8th pull. Mike does a 3 pull max to see what you hit. He use to do like 10 seconds worth pulling and see where it spiked but he has somewhat recently switched to the three pull. Not sure why though. Sorry to hear about your wrist/hand. Maybe if you stuck with just some heavy clean pulls for awhile until it feels better would be a good idea. Especially since it’s so early on.
