Just getting to my workout now… Up at 4:30 to catch 6:25 flight. Meetings from 8AM-7:30 PM (6-7:30 at Sushi Restaurant – 1 beer).
Almost skipped session, but decided to get out and do something – more to get the activity than anything else.
Did Lancer X2 – 25s per. Doing this immediately after dinner was torture. Did not have a lot of “get up and go” 🙂
