1. Warm-up – Drills, Dynamic Flex, Build-ups
2. Circle Runs x3 each direction
3. Speed Skaters x 20
4. Slalom Jumps – 2×10
5. Resisted Accel (15 kg + Sled) – on track, not turf
a. 5×20
b. Bunny Hops – 3×5
c. 4×25
d. Tuck Jumps – 3×5
e. 3×30
f. 4Broad – 3×4 Jumps
The sled runs on track felt much harder than on turf (More friction maybe). Think I’ll stick to doing these turf from now on.
