d. 4Broad – 3×4
3. Sled Pulls – Creative
a. 3x25m with Mitchell (3 1/2 year old son)
b. 3x25m with Ben (5 year old son)
c. 3x30m with Mitchell
d. 3x30m with Ben
Mitchell weighs around 40# and Ben around 55. So they were a little slower/heavier, but the boys had a blast!
