damn dude…ur tempo workouts just keep getting better and better…you still feel like they aren’t too taxing and are still recovery?…b/c thats great if you do.
At the moment, yes – I feel like I can handle a pretty high volume of fairly quick tempo. I expect that will begin changing as/when I am able to get after the weights a little more. But right now, I am unable to push it in the weight room.
