Then 8-10′ rest, then:

200 (28) 2′ rest

Was kind of an ad-lib day today. Was going to do 2x3x300 – but since I missed my Intensive tempo this week, decided to do a little bit of some faster stuff. Felt really good. Runs felt easy even on the short recovery 300s.
