4. LJ – tech work on easy run in

– 2×60 m with 30m run in at 6.4x and no time
– 2×120 at 13.6x and no time
– 2×110 with 5 m run in – easy (13.2) weather hit us so didn’t run all out 150’s as planned.
Felt great! First day all out running in 6 weeks. The 60m is .20 faster than last yr.
Almost don’t want to say my throw distances they were so good. Hit a 13m standing shot and 3 full throws over 13.40 with a foot fouls that landed just shy of 14m. Hit 17.high on ohb.
