3. Hurdle Drills – Trail legs, lead legs, over the top

– HJ Approach and takeoff x5
– LJ Approach and takeoff x3
5. Speed Development
– 3x3H with 30m run off (near max speed)
Weights
1. Super-set – Hang Clean-Front Squat – 2×135-185-205-225-245-255
2. Super-set – Overhead Press-Plyo Pullup (let go of bar at top and catch part way down) – 3×135-155-185-205 (sort of a push press – used legs a little bit)
All track stuff felt tremendous, except LJ is just a little off. Hurdles are ready to go very fast. Weights are just getting tired.
