2. Accel Complex
a. 6x15m with Sled + 15kg
b. SLJ – 3×6 – first set was a drop into SLJ
c. CMJ – 3×6 – first set was with a step in
Weights
1. Power Clean – 8×4 at 135-155-185-205-215-225-225-225
2. 2 Step Squats – 4×5 at 185
3. Super-Set
a. Pull-ups – 4×9
b. T-RDL – 2×8+8
Felt great this morning. First day doing morning commute in a car instead of train (loving it!)
Cleans really went up easily.
I chickened out and did 2 step squats instead of 3 step!! Will switch up to 3 step next week – LOL!
