AM Workout…
1. Row 1,000m
2. Static flex and massage sore calf – which I’m actually thinking may be a hamstring issue – and am tracing it back to some heavy RDLs I did a week+ ago.
3. Hip Snatch – 5×2 up to 145
4. Hang Clean – 7×2 up to 260
5. A2G Squat – 3×6 – 155-205-245 1×4 – 295
Pretty pleased with these for AM numbers. Will probably max out one of these days soon and expect to see my squat go way up – 350+? and Clean improve a shade (285).
