Short session today
1. Row – Foam Roll – Static Flex – Drills, Hip Mobility – 3x30m build-ups
2. Plyos:
– 2×6 Depth Jumps from 12″
– 1×5+5 Hops for height
3. 4×8 Stride LJ approach and take-off – second step coming down around 6m
4. Accel:
– 2x2H
– 2x3H
5. 1x60m SFS – 20/20/20
Weights:
1. Clean and Jerk – 5×3 – up to 225
2. Squat – 4×5 up to 255
LJ felt good.
Hurdles felt ok – but were a bit slower than previous weeks. Is kind of weird, bc Freelap system – the watch seems to be beeping after I pass the sensor..
60m SFS – the sprints were not quite at 100%, due to still watching calf – this is now 3rd week I’ve been not quite at full effort. Don’t love that.
