3/13 – Hotel Room Workout including: 10×40 step wall sprints – and 10×8 stiffness jumps and tuck jumps. 5×5 clapping push-ups and pistol squats.

Weights –
1. Snatch + OH Pause Squats – Singles up to 155
2. Power Cleans – 6×2 up to 250
3. Fast A2G Squats – 6×2 up to 275

a. Sternum Pull-ups
b. OH Press – 135
Felt not great today – only 3 hours of sleep and a night drinking last night = bad workout. All my timing felt off, unsurprisingly!
