Felt good. Kind of liking what I’m doing with my weights right now (in spite of body feeling worn down) Having basically the same template but doing lighter load variations on different days – is a nice way to vary the stimulus and not load body too heavily 3x a week. Runs feeling nice and fast.

Jog 1 mile, then 3x1000m at 3:30-3:25-3:20 with 2′ rest, walk/jog 1/2 mile cooldown.
Felt good to get a little volume in. Not super hard pace, but not slacking either.
