9/4 off – tweaked my back in a near miss on the bike on way back from session Monday.
9/5 – Jog 1 mile. Lancer x1. Jog 1 mile.
Lancer is a ridiculous General Endurance workout. I hate it. Will hate it more by the time I’m up to 3 rounds of it. Basically is 7 minutes of Run 30s-General Strength Exercise for 30s-Run 30s-And so on.
So you do 7 runs and 7 GS exercises. Today I was only covering about 150m on the runs. Will have that out to pretty close to 200 within a few weeks.
