You're right, they are all great exercises to do mike. But what if an athlete cannot physicaly do these things (lack of strength)? How do you build up to this?
Since a lot of them are unilateral I think you would logically start with the bilateral movements, i.e. regular pushups, BW squats, GHRs, etc. and then make them more difficult until you get to the point where you can utilizes the other exercises.
