I ones saw a documentary where they made a race between a pro weightlifter and a pro 100m runner. The weightlifter was actually qiucker in the first 10m, and the pro weightlifters never do sprints in their normal training so thats says something.[/quote]
Point us to the documentary. Sounds like bullshit. Even so, it is 100m, not 10m, that we are after. The same weightlifter would lose by well over 1 second (probably closer to 2 seconds) over 100m most likely.
