Are we talking like body weighted squats 3 days per week in a general strength circuit and then 2 days of actual weight on the back squats twice a week? It may not be impossible to squat heavy everyday but it’s going to get you no where.
Ofcause it possible, the greek og polisch weightlifting team does heavy back squat 17t/pr./weak. If you have train for a long time, you can adapt to heavy weighted back squat every day. Front squat takes a bit more recovery than back squat does. Back squat takes no or very little stress on the CNS, compared to the deadlift.
