-Powersnatch 3×2 (same as above)
-DB Snatch 3×2
-RDL 3×12,10,8
Accels
4x3x20m
TUESDAY
upperbody lifting and 1/2 mile gen strength run
Wednesday
-Front Squat 3×2 (75/85/95% 1rm)
-Box Squat 3×2 same
-Clean and jerk (same as aboe)
-GHR 3×8
Accles 3x30m, 2x40m, 2x50m
THUR
upperbody lifting, no running, glute felt strained.
