to be perfectly honest, not sure exactly what events I’ll be doing. I know I’ll be doing a 200 for sure, but I don’t know if I’ll be doing 100/200 or 200/400.
There is no indoor season for me.
I’ve been training as an 800 runner (they wanted to try me out at it, didn’t work, so I’m going back to what I enjoy doing. IE, sprinting), so my fast twitch fibers aren’t what they should be at all, which is why I wanted to do intensive tempo. But I guess it would make more sense to do extensive tempo days interspersed with accel days, wouldn’t it?
