Do you reccomend the volumes and rest periods as they are listed in the Pfaff section?
For example 6×200 at 2min rest adding a minute per month eventually peaking at maybe 2-3 x 150 – 250 and with 20min rest. Problem I see with this is that if you work backwards from the peaking date you do not have enough months to get from 2 min to 20 min rest. Eventually you would have to draw the line for intensive tempo and extend the rest a good deal to get special end. right?
How long would you use intensive tempo for short sprinters and when would you extend the rest to develop spec end?
