I do speed skaters and wide outs in my warm up. Speed skaters for me start in the position a speed skater would end up in with one leg slightly bent and the other one straight, crossed behind the bent leg (hard to describe) i.e if you were standing on your left leg it would be slightly bent and your right foot would be sticking out to your left side. Then you switch so that you're the other way round i.e other leg bent and other leg crossed behind. Hope that makes sense!
My wide outs are different to the pictures from wsgeneral. We get into sort of position two in the pictures but with our feet not quite so far apart and then jump our toes in and out, small jumps hardly off the ground at all (i.e jump so toes turned in then immediately rebound and land with toes turned out and repeat)
