Well I can answer your question by giving you what I eat in a situation like that.
The nights leading to, try not to eat any junk food and fast food. Processed fats tend to stay in your system for a fair bit of time. Think healthy and eat a good portion of vegetables, fruits and eat chicken or salmon. Don’t forget some bread or rice.
The ngiht before, I tend to eat pasta(Spaghetti ruels all). The pasta has the carbs you need to run the next day. Don’t forget other food groups, and have a side of veggies with balsamic vinagrette(or make your own olive oil dressing) I drain it all down with a glass of milk.
In the morning, I eat a whole-wheat bagel with natural jam or a bowl of oatmeal.(eaten about 3-4 hours before first event)
In between, I chop bagels into little pieces, toast them, and pop a few in my mouth. Or you can take the un-original path a take energy gels or powerbars.
