I think it really depends on how extensive your resume is and what position you’re applying for. I think if you use the 1-2 page guideline for length and put in the most impressive points (with all of the things you mentioned being perfectly valid) then you’ll come up with what should be in there. In general, I’d say experience and who you know ranks first, education (including coaches ed programs) runs second, and being an athlete runs a distant third (unless of course you were an Olympian, which would probably make that one of your top selling points).
