We meet tomarrow to chat and i was thinking about just asking him what exersises hurt him and work around those exercises and create a bodybuilding total body type circuit training 3x a week and as far as the aerobic part i was thinking something along the lines of 20 mins of cardio either on the eliptical or treadmill at 60-70% of v02 max.
Id like to see what you guys would do in this situation.
To see where he is at now we wil be assessing body comp and doing a YMCA bike test.
Also this guy says he likes working out with his heart rate monitor how can I incorparate that into his training?
