I’m curious if my quad flexibility is also an issue. I was going to start another thread about it but I’ll just ask here. Do all of you see a general trend with minimum quad flexibility with sprinters? My quads are tight! I feel like the tightness and resistance from that in my quads is probably inhibiting my leg from swinging through most efficiently…just a guess.
