Alrite, well one thing is, I’m afraid to overtrain. As it stands, I do legs twice a week, and a typical workout would look like this (with variations each day, different types of squats etc)
4×6 Back Squats
3×8 Romanian Deadlifts
3×8 Hamstring Curls
3×6-8 Leg Press
Before the weights I do either sprints or plyos. I was thinking of adding the Power Clean and Snatch, however am unsure of how many reps/sets would be appropriate and if I should just add it on or substitute it for something because I’m afraid to overtrain.
