You can probably ditch the leg curls and leg press and then do the OL’s before your squats. One sequence that worked for me was:
1. Power clean: maybe 6x 3
2. Clean pull: 2 x 5 w/10-20 pounds over my power clean max
3. Back squat: 5×5 or work up to a heavy triple
4. Then do hamstring work: RDL, or Glute ham, hypers, rev hypers
Obviosly this is just one examlpe workout taken out of an entire program. But Just to show how it looks.
