Over all I want to get faster and stronger right now I am getting to the end of my general prep phase. I am doing 3X12 push up, bent over rows, and standing military press, 3X5 chin ups. For legs nothing extra from our training because are regular training incorporates lots of squating and lung type exercises. I go to the gym 3X a week. I want to start doing something like 3X5 power cleans, 3X8 back squat, lunges /w weight, 2-3 different bench press movements(incline, regular, declined, military), lat pull downs, and pull ups.
