Personally, I would reduce the special endurance to maybe once every other week (it depends on how long the distance is, the range of individual runs over what is “classically” two types of special endurance is fairly large) it almost sounds like she is not recovering from day to day as opposed to within a practice session (this may not be just from track training, if there are other sports or work involved). Her “days” talked about all seem to be longish, the fatigue is accumulating.
I agree with your thought of more even splits, she is “cooked” by 300m. Keep in mind the amount of calendar time left until important meets.
