My coach told me to look at either creatine ethyl esther or creatine surge (NO explode) because he thinks they emphasize explosiveness more than the other kinds and they give less cramps. is he right?
This is malarky mixed in with a little hogwash. The delivery mechanism might be different (and more or less efficient) but creatine is creatine. One type won't develop explosiveness more than another assuming that equal amounts make it to the muscle.
What kinda creatine do the pros and college sprinters take?
There's no real answer here. Collegiate athletes have to buy it themselves which means that most don't bother and those that do often go for the cheapest brand.
