the kid reminds me of Allan Wells, however Pickering maintains great angles throughtout all his runs. If he keeps this technique going, as he gets quicker and gains strength, he will run faster than 10.1X-10.0X down into 9.9X, hopefully more than once as was the case with stablemate Jason Gardener. Pickering can maintain his technique for a whole 100m, from what i've seen watching his youth and junior runs, while Gardener seems as though he falls apart shortly after 60m, which i've seen watching his various grand prix runs.
