I didnt have time to do any more lifts. I actually felt really good/fresh today. No pain with anything including squats (I though my knee might bug me,but no). I had to do the accels in flats on carpet b/c I’m working out at my high school.

Everything felt good today (little sore). That was all I was gonna do, but I couldn’t resist doing a few short approach long jumps and triple jumps into a high jump mat with the high schoolers.
