Oh man, I volunteer with pre-1st graders a couple times a week it gives me energy seeing them learn its really fun, but they like to get RIGHT IN YOUR FACE and breathe on you so I picked up some disease (some have suggested swine flu but I think it is the plague) and it wiped me out all week, in bed no work definitely no workouts but I’m finally feeling better today and I should be able to start back up by sunday.
