“Beach running can be good for recovery days. The soft surface is very easy on you legs. I would do 100 meter tempo runs on just as I would on the track with possbily a bit lesser volume since running on sand may be alot harder than runnning on the grass or track. It could also be good for lower leg strengthening.”
Mike? Not sure where but I pulled this off of the site a while ago. Tide/breaker was coming in and the beach was disappearing quickly I only had 60m to use.
