Hurdles 1,2,3,5, had an ok workout, still not feeling great
How do I increase my turnover speed in between hurdles? Could not using your arms well slow down your turnover between hurdles, i.e. is this a common problem with beginning hurdlers?
Does stretching your IT band improve trail leg flexibility significantly for anyone else? I think it has for me…
