I know my hurdle clearance is way better than last year, I know the “float” feeling and when I am aggressive and dip forward I dont have that feeling, but sometimes I lean back a little for one reason or another and then I tend to sail. I think repetition with conscious criticism towards improving will fix the problems in time. It seems like whenever you start doing a new event the second you ask how to fix something the next time you practice it youve figured it out.
