I know my hurdle clearance is way better than last year, I know the “flaot” feeling and when I am aggressive and dip forward I dont have that feeling, but sometimes I lean back a little for one reason or another and then I tend to sail. I think repetition with conscious criticism towards improving will fix the problems in time. It seems like whenever you start doing a new event the second you ask how to fix something the next time you practice it youve figured it out.
I agree with you 100%. It seems like you know what you’re supposed to do so def try and film yourself and just watch it on your own even. A lot of times you realize you have been throwing an arm out awkwardly or taking off too close or not leaning in as much as you might have thought, and basically answer all your questions on your own.
