I am starting a new weight plan today I only got to do half of it because I didn’t have enough time
2x each set in a row no rest, slight rest between sets A, B, and C.
Set A -dumbbell military 20lbs each side X10
-Lat pull down 8 weights X10
-dumbbell row 20 lbs each side X10
Set B- Speed squats 85lbs X15
-power cleans 75lbs X10

-seated calf raises X20
Set C -hammer curls X10
-Triceps kick back X10
-Dumbbell bench X10
Warm up drills ~30 minutes
Med Ball circuit 6 different motion 10 times each.
