1X3 hurdles college height, it was supposed to be 6 but I didn't want to bound so i just stopped
2X3 hurdles college height 1/2 a foot discount. The first one went good, the second one was crap, I was tired.
I am still sick and felt like crap today. Felt really slow.
First meet of the season a week from today at home.
My quads feel like bricks, they are nice and tight after running. The hamstrings are also tight. I just did have a good workout today.
