hurdle drills 15 min
4X3 hurdles out of blocks but in trainers.
Couldn't do the hurdles. Don't know if it was because I lifted legs Monday or doing the running before. I didn't feel that tired, but my start sucked, so the rest of my hurdle form wasn't too good.
no warm up really.
Lifting day 2 with some abs and hamstring rehab stuff.
Went pretty good, my arms weren't sore like last Wednesday.
Meet Saturday. I am ruining the 55HH. I wanted to HJ or TJ but i am just doing the hurdles. My seed is 8.45 so hopefully I'll run close to that in the prelims, make finals and drop an 8.30.
